(1) The commission may hold executive or closed meetings for any of the following purposes:
Considering applications for licensing when discussing background investigations orpersonal information;
Meeting with gaming officials of other jurisdictions, the attorney general, the districtattorney for either Teller or Gilpin county, or law enforcement officials in connection with possible criminal violations;
Consulting with the executive director, director, employees, or agents of the commission concerning possible criminal violations or any security issues;
Deliberations after hearing evidence in an informal consultation or in a contestedcase.
