As used in this part 3, unless the context otherwise requires:

  1. "Toll road" or "toll highway" shall have the meaning set forth in section 7-45-102

(8), C.R.S.

  1. "Toll road or toll highway company" shall have the meaning set forth in section 745-102 (9), C.R.S.
