As used in this part 6, unless the context otherwise requires:

  1. "Database" means the motorist insurance identification database described in section42-7-604 (5).

  2. "Department" means the department of revenue.

  3. "Designated agent" means the party with which the department contracts under section 42-7-604.

  4. (Deleted by amendment, L. 2000, p. 1649, § 43, effective June 1, 2000.)

  5. "Program" means the motorist insurance identification database program created insection 42-7-604.
