Repealed.
The commission has the power to appear and represent the interests and welfare ofthe people of the state of Colorado in all matters and proceedings involving any public utility or carrier pending before any officer, department, board, commission, or court of the United States, of any other state, or of this state and to intervene in, protest, resist, or advocate the granting or denial of any petition, application, complaint, or other proceeding, to examine witnesses and offer evidence in any proceeding affecting the people of this state or some portion thereof, as the public interest, convenience, or necessity may appear, and to initiate or participate in judicial proceedings involving the order or decision of any such officer, department, board, or commission.
