Deeds, bonds, and agreements in writing conveying lands or any interest therein, or affecting title thereto, may be acknowledged or proved before any clerk of the circuit or district court of the United States, for the district of Colorado, or any deputy of such clerk, such clerk or deputy clerk certifying such acknowledgment under the seal of such court respectively.
