(1) By May 1, 2020, the division shall also create and maintain a database of mobile home parks that have had complaints filed against them under the program.
(2) At a minimum, the database must include:
The number of complaints received;
The nature and extent of the complaints received;(c) The violation of law complained of; and (d) The outcome of each complaint.
