Any person who is damaged in his business or property by reason of the violation of an order issued pursuant to section 37-92-502, the violation of which has been properly enjoined pursuant to section 37-92-503, may bring an action against any person who has violated said order in any district court of competent jurisdiction and recover threefold the damages sustained and the cost of suit, including reasonable attorney fees.
