As used in this article, unless the context otherwise requires:

  1. "Authority" means the Colorado beef council authority created by section 35-57-104

(1).

  1. "Board" or "beef board" or "beef council" means the board of the Colorado beefcouncil authority created by section 35-57-104 (1).
