(1) Except as otherwise provided in this part 2, any person violating this part 2 commits a class 3 misdemeanor and shall be punished as provided in section 18-1.3-501, C.R.S.
Except as otherwise provided in this part 2, any person that violates this part 2 withinthree years after a previous violation of this part 2 by that same person commits a class 1 misdemeanor and shall be punished as provided in section 18-1.3-501, C.R.S.
A person who unlawfully butchers an animal belonging to another person commits aclass 1 misdemeanor and shall be punished as provided in section 18-1.3-501, C.R.S.
