As used in this part 2, unless the context otherwise requires:
"Board" means the state board of stock inspection commissioners, created in section35-41-101.
"Department" means the Colorado department of agriculture, created in section 24-1123, C.R.S.
"Livestock" means all cattle, calves, horses, mules, and donkeys.
