(1) The commissioner, pursuant to the provisions of article 4 of title 24, C.R.S., may issue letters of admonition or deny, suspend, refuse to renew, or revoke any registration authorized under this article if the registrant:

  1. Refuses or fails to comply with any provision of this article, any rule or regulationadopted under this article, or any lawful order of the commissioner;

  2. Is convicted of a felony for an offense related to the conduct regulated by this article;

  3. Has a registration or license of equivalent status denied, revoked, or suspended byany registering or licensing authority of any state or foreign country;

  4. Refuses to provide the commissioner with reasonable, complete, and accurate information regarding such person's business, if requested to do so by the commissioner; or (e) Falsifies any information requested by the commissioner.

  1. In any proceeding held under this section, the commissioner may accept as primafacie evidence of grounds for disciplinary action any disciplinary action taken against a registrant in another jurisdiction, either foreign or domestic, if the violation which prompted the disciplinary action in that jurisdiction would be grounds for disciplinary action under this section.

  2. (a) All disciplinary actions taken by the commissioner pursuant to this article shall be deemed final for purposes of judicial review.

(b) Any person aggrieved by any disciplinary action taken by the commissioner shall appeal to the Colorado court of appeals.

(4) No registrant whose registration has been revoked may apply or reapply for registration under this article within two years after the date of such revocation.
