(1) Any lease agreement entered into by the district and the major league baseball franchise to be located in the district shall include, but is not limited to, the following:
A provision requiring the major league baseball franchise to conduct its completeregular home season schedule and any home play-off events in the stadium;
A provision requiring the major league baseball franchise to advertise and promoteevents it conducts at the stadium; and
A provision requiring the major league baseball franchise to not unreasonably withhold permission for the holding of other events in the stadium.
