Any person who at any municipal election intentionally interferes with any election official in the discharge of his duty, or who induces any election official to violate or refuse to comply with his duty, or who aids, counsels, procures, advises, or assists any person to do so commits a misdemeanor for each offense and, upon conviction thereof, shall be punished as provided in section 31-10-1504.
