As used in this article, unless the context otherwise requires:

(1) and (2) (Deleted by amendment, L. 2002, p. 589, § 18, effective May 24, 2002.)

  1. "Saboteur" means a person who intentionally destroys, damages, moves, or interfereswith any property with reasonable grounds to believe that the act will interfere with the preparation of the United States or any state for defense or for war or with the prosecution of war by the United States.

  2. "State defense force" means the organized military force of the state of Coloradoother than the Army National Guard or Air National Guard and existing as a division of the department of military affairs pursuant to section 24-1-127 (3)(d), C.R.S.

  3. "State defense force active duty" means that duty performed by individuals pursuantto this article.

  4. "Terrorist" means a person who has engaged in, or is suspected of engaging in, actsof terrorism, as that term is defined in 18 U.S.C. sec. 3077 (1), as amended.
