(1) The department shall manage, supervise, and control the following state institutions:

  1. Colorado mental health institute at Pueblo;

  2. Wheat Ridge regional center;

  3. Grand Junction regional center;

  4. Lookout Mountain school, at Golden;

  5. Mount View school, at Morrison;

  6. Colorado mental health institute at Fort Logan, in Denver;

  7. Golden Gate youth camp, in Gilpin county;(h) Lathrop Park youth camp, in Huerfano county; and (i) Pueblo regional center.
