As used in this part 2, unless the context otherwise requires:
"Clinic" means a site that provides obstetric and gynecological health care.
"Licensed health care provider" means a physician or physician assistant licensedpursuant to article 240 of title 12 or a nurse licensed pursuant to part 1 of article 255 of title 12.
"Pilot program" means the maternal and child health pilot program created in section27-82-203.
"Treatment facility" means a health care facility that provides substance use disorderor medication-assisted treatment and that is approved by the office of behavioral health pursuant to section 27-81-106.
