As used in this article, unless the context otherwise requires:

  1. Repealed.

  2. "At imminent risk of being placed out of the home" means that without intercession achild will be placed out of the home immediately.

  3. "Emergency assistance program" or "program" means the program for emergencyassistance for families with children at imminent risk of out-of-home placement as authorized by this article.
