Editor's note: Subsection (4)(b) provided for the repeal of this section one year after the date that a consumer-directed service delivery option is available for homemaker, personal care, and medical support services for individuals who are receiving home-based and communitybased services pursuant to the supported living services waiver. The revisor of statutes received a joint certification, in writing, from the executive directors of the state departments of human services and health care policy and financing stating that the consumer-directed delivery option became available on August 15, 2018, and requesting that the section repeal effective August 15, 2019.
