As used in this part 4, unless the context otherwise requires:

  1. "Evaluate" means to review wood-burning appliances' emission levels, as determinedby an independent testing laboratory, and compare the emission levels to the emission performance standards established by the commission under section 25-7-403.

  2. and (3) Repealed.
