No person shall be discriminated against because he or she has made a complaint, testified, assisted, or participated in any manner in an investigation, proceeding, or hearing pursuant to this article, including the dispute resolution procedures in section 25.5-10-212 and section 27-10.5-107, C.R.S. A service agency, including the state department and any community-centered board, shall not coerce, intimidate, threaten, or interfere with any person in the exercise or enjoyment of any right pursuant to this article, or on account of his or her having exercised or enjoyed any right pursuant to this article, or on account of his or her having aided or encouraged any other person in the exercise or enjoyment of any right pursuant to this article.
