As used in this part 4, unless the context otherwise requires:

  1. "County department" means the county or district department of human or socialservices.

  2. "Local or regional review team" means a local or regional child fatality preventionreview team established pursuant to section 25-20.5-404.

  3. "State review team" means the Colorado state child fatality prevention review teamcreated pursuant to section 25-20.5-406.

  4. Repealed.
