Any person who, with intent to deceive, provides, wears, uses, or possesses a false identifying device or identification card of the type described in section 25-20-103 (2) is guilty of a misdemeanor and, upon conviction thereof, shall be punished by imprisonment in the county jail for not more than ninety days, or by a fine of not more than three hundred dollars, or by both such fine and imprisonment.
