As used in this article 20, unless the context otherwise requires:
"Disabled condition" means the condition of being unconscious, semiconscious, incoherent, or otherwise incapacitated to communicate.
"Disabled person" means a person in a disabled condition.
"Emergency symbol" means the caduceus inscribed within a six-barred cross used bythe American medical association to denote emergency information.
"Identifying device" means an identifying bracelet, necklace, metal tag, or similardevice bearing the emergency symbol and the information needed in an emergency.
"Medical practitioner" means a person licensed or authorized to practice medicinepursuant to article 240 of title 12.
"Peace officer" means any county sheriff, undersheriff, deputy sheriff, or coroner,any municipal police officer or marshal, or any Colorado state patrol officer.
