(1) The certificate of designation shall identify the general types of waste which may be accepted or which shall be rejected.

  1. The certificate of designation shall be displayed in a prominent place at the hazardous waste disposal site.

  2. Repealed.

  3. The certificate of designation may provide such conditions as may reasonably benecessary for the safe operation of such site including but not limited to the provision by the site owner or operator of additional fire protection, security, or trained personnel for monitoring, inspections, and incident responses.

  4. Repealed.

  5. A certificate of designation issued pursuant to this part 2 shall be deemed to satisfyany requirement imposed by part 1 of article 20 of title 30, C.R.S., for a certificate of designation as a solid wastes disposal site and facility.
