(1) This article must be construed and applied:
To facilitate electronic transactions consistent with other applicable law;
To be consistent with reasonable practices concerning electronic transactions andwith the continued expansion of those practices; and
To effectuate its general purpose to make uniform the law with respect to the subjectof this article among states enacting it.
