(1) All public printing for the state of Colorado shall be divided into four classes, as follows:
The legislative bills, memorials, resolutions, calendars, and journals of the generalassembly shall constitute the first class.
The laws passed by the general assembly at each session, known as the "SessionLaws of Colorado", shall constitute the second class.
The reports of the opinions of the Colorado supreme court and court of appeals shallconstitute the third class.
All other types of printing required by any governmental agency of the state, exceptas provided in article 5 of title 2, C.R.S., shall constitute the fourth class.
