Costs associated with the implementation or administration of this part 11 during the 2020-21 and 2020-22 state fiscal years shall be paid from the COVID heroes collaboration fund, created in section 24-50-104 (1)(k). For the 2022-23 state fiscal year and each state fiscal year thereafter, such costs shall be paid from the general fund, subject to available appropriation.
