(1) On or before November 1, 2014, and on or before November 1 each year thereafter, the office shall submit a report to the members of the joint budget committee and the joint technology committee of the general assembly regarding the office's information technology asset inventory and the office's refresh cycle schedule, including cost projections. The office shall phase in the information to be included in the report over four years as follows:
In the report due on or before November 1, 2014, the office shall include asset inventory and refresh cycle information for personal computers, including operating systems and productivity software;
In the report due on or before November 1, 2015, the office shall include the information specified in paragraph (a) of this subsection (1) and asset inventory and refresh cycle schedule information for network infrastructure;
In the report due on or before November 1, 2016, the office shall include the information specified in paragraph (b) of this subsection (1) and asset inventory and refresh cycle information for servers; and
In the report due on or before November 1, 2017, and in the report due on or beforeNovember 1 each year thereafter, the office shall include the information specified in paragraph (c) of this subsection (1) and asset inventory and refresh cycle information for nonproductivity software.
