Statewide communications and information infrastructure establishment - duties.

(1) With regard to the statewide communications and information infrastructure, the office shall have the following duties:

  1. To acquire and manage the statewide communications and information infrastructurebased on present and future user applications;

  2. To review existing portions of the statewide communications and information infrastructure to determine the areas of the state in which they exist and whether the existing portions are adequate and usable for present and future user applications;

  3. To manage the ongoing use of the statewide communications and information

infrastructure;

  1. To advise state agencies on the risks, issues, and concerns related to the agency'sinformation technology infrastructure that the agency has identified in the information technology plan prepared pursuant to section 24-37.5-106 (1)(b).
