As used in this article, unless the context otherwise requires:
"Capital construction" has the same meaning as set forth in section 24-30-1301 (2).
"Capital renewal" has the same meaning as set forth in section 24-30-1301 (3).
"Controlled maintenance" has the same meaning as set forth in section 24-30-1301
(4), including the limitations specified in section 24-30-1303.9.
"Director" means the director of the office of state planning and budgeting.
"Information technology budget request" has the same meaning as set forth in section2-3-1701 (2.5), C.R.S.
"Office" means the office of state planning and budgeting.
