As used in this article, unless the context otherwise requires:
"County" means any county in this state and includes a city and county.(1.5) "Department" means the department of public safety.
"Executive director" means the executive director of the department.
"ICON" means the computerized database of court records known as the integratedColorado online network used by the state judicial department.
"Lifesaver program" or "program" means a search and rescue program designed toquickly find a wandering, lost, and missing person, as described in section 24-33.5-415.9 (2).
