As used in this part 34, unless the context otherwise requires:

  1. "Fund" means the strategic action plan on aging cash fund established pursuant tosection 24-32-3407.

  2. "Older adult population" means persons fifty years of age and older.

  3. "Strategic action plan" or "plan" means the comprehensive action plan on aging inColorado developed by the planning group pursuant to section 24-32-3405.

  4. "Strategic action planning group on aging" or "planning group" means the strategicaction planning group on aging established pursuant to section 24-32-3404.
