Any
installation of a manufactured home in this state shall be performed in strict accordance with the applicable manufacturer's installation instructions. Where the manufacturer's instructions are not applicable, installation shall be in accordance with standards promulgated by the division. A copy of the manufacturer's instructions or the standards promulgated by the division shall be available at the time of installation and inspection.
