Right of senate to reconfirm new governor's appointment of reappointed executive director.

When the executive director of a principal department of state government is appointed by the governor with the consent of the senate to serve at the pleasure of the governor, he shall be subject to reconfirmation of the senate if, after initial election of a new governor, he is reappointed to the same position by such new governor.
