The fifteenth day of February in each year, the same being the anniversary of the birth of Susan B. Anthony, shall be known as "Susan B. Anthony Day" and may be observed in the public schools of the state by suitable study and classroom discussion which set forth the importance of the great contribution she made to the cause of freedom.
