As used in this part 2, unless the context otherwise requires:
"Board" means the state board for community colleges and occupational educationcreated pursuant to section 23-60-104.
"Eligible elector" of a local college district means an elector who has complied withthe registration provisions of article 2 of title 1, C.R.S., and who resides within the local college district.
