As used in this article, unless the context otherwise requires:

(1) "Committee" means the prosecution fellowship committee established in section 23-

19.3-102 (2).

  1. "Department" means the Colorado department of higher education.

  2. "Program" means the prosecution fellowship program created pursuant to section 23-

19.3-102 (1).
