(1) and (2) Repealed.

  1. On July 1, 2020, the state treasurer shall transfer all unexpended and unencumberedstate money in the closing the achievement gap cash fund to the state education fund created in section 17 (4) of article IX of the state constitution.

  2. This section is repealed, effective July 1, 2021.
