For purposes of this part 2, unless the context otherwise requires:
(1) "Educational services" means any of the following types of services to provide instruction in the academic areas of reading, writing, mathematics, science, and social studies:
Tutoring services;
Alternative educational programs;
Career and technical education programs.
(2) "Facility school" means an approved facility school as defined in section 22-2-402
(1).
