(1) The department shall develop and maintain an internet-based electronic data delivery system to provide education accountability data to public schools, school districts, the institute, parents, and other members of the public.

(2) At a minimum, the department shall publish on the data portal the following items:

  1. The performance reports, as described in section 22-11-503, for public schools, school districts, the institute, and the state;

  2. The accreditation category, with supporting data, determined pursuant to part 2 ofthis article, for each school district in the state and for the institute;

  3. The accreditation category, with supporting data, for each public school in the state,as determined by the local school board or the institute, whichever is applicable;

  4. For each public school in the state, the school performance, improvement, priorityimprovement, or turnaround plan, whichever is appropriate based on the state board's direction pursuant to section 22-11-210;

  5. For each school district in the state, the district performance, improvement, priorityimprovement, or turnaround plan, whichever is appropriate based on the school district's accreditation category; and

  6. For the institute, the institute performance, improvement, priority improvement, orturnaround plan, whichever is appropriate based on the institute's accreditation category.

(3) In publishing supporting data for the school district, institute, and public school accreditation categories, the department shall include data pertaining to the graduation rates that describe the progress made by student groups disaggregated for gender by race and income.
