The department, in collaboration with the office of information technology created in section 2437.5-103 and broadband service providers, shall develop and update as necessary a list of free or low-cost broadband services and other internet access resources for students, educators, and other staff. On or before January 10, 2021, the department shall post the list on its website in a location easily accessible to the public and shall distribute a copy of the list to local education providers.
