(1) A person commits a class 3 misdemeanor, if:
As an employee of a telegraph or telephone company he knowingly divulges thecontents or the purport of any message or part thereof sent or intended to be sent to any person other than one to whom said message is sent or person authorized to receive the same; or
He knowingly sends or delivers a false message or furnishes or conspires to furnishsuch message to an operator to be sent or delivered with intent to injure, deceive, or defraud any person, corporation, or the public; or
He knowingly and without authorization opens any sealed envelope enclosing a message with the purpose of learning the contents; or
He impersonates another, and thereby procures the delivery to himself of the message directed to such person, with the intent to use, destroy, or detain the same; or
He knowingly and without authorization reads or learns the contents or meaning of amessage on its transit and uses or communicates to another any information so obtained; or
He knowingly bribes a telegraph or telephone operator or employee of a telegraph ortelephone company to disclose any private message or the purport of the same received by him by reason of his trust as agent of the company or uses such information when thus obtained.
