(1) A supervising lawyer, under whose supervision an eligible law student intern appears and participates pursuant to section 1393-202, shall be authorized to practice law in this state and:
Shall be a lawyer in the public sector as provided in section 13-93-202 (1)(b) and(1)(c);
Shall assume personal professional responsibility for the conduct of the law studentintern; and
Shall assist the law student intern in his or her preparation to the extent the supervising lawyer considers it necessary.
