As used in this article, unless the context otherwise requires:

  1. "Fixed guideway mass transit system" means the fixed guideway mass transit systemauthorized by section 32-9-107.5, C.R.S.

  2. Repealed.

  3. "Regional transportation district" means the regional transportation district established by article 9 of title 32, C.R.S.

  4. Repealed.
