As used in this article, unless the context otherwise requires:
"Child" means a person under eighteen years of age.
"Sexual contact", "sexual intrusion", and "sexual penetration" shall have the samemeanings as set forth in section 18-3-401 (4), (5), and (6), C.R.S., respectively.
