(1) The director shall determine, and the board shall collect, fees pursuant to section 12-20-105 for the following licenses, certifications, and registrations:
For certifying to another state the grades of a person who has taken the pharmacistexamination in this state;
For the initial licensure, upon examination, as a pharmacist, as provided in section12-280-114 (4);
For the initial licensure, without examination and upon presentation of evidence oflicensure in another state, as a pharmacist, as provided in section 12-280-114 (8);
For the renewal of a license as a licensed pharmacist, as provided in section 12-280-
116 (1);
For reinstatement as a licensed pharmacist, as provided in section 12-280-116 (2);
For the transfer of a prescription drug outlet registration to a new owner, as providedin section 12-280-118 (2);
For the transfer of a manager's name, as provided in section 12-280-118 (1);
For the issuance of a duplicate certificate to a licensed pharmacist;
For the initial licensure as a pharmacy intern;
For the issuance of a duplicate license of a pharmacy intern;
For the transfer of a prescription drug outlet registration to a new location, as provided in section 12-280-118 (2);
For reissuing a prescription drug outlet registration in a new store name, withoutchange of owner or manager, as provided in section 12-280-118 (2);
For the initial registration or the renewal of the registration of a prescription drugoutlet, as provided in section 12-280-118 (2);
For the initial certificate evidencing licensure for all pharmacists;
For the initial and renewal registration of all other outlets under section 12-280-119 not covered in this section;
For the initial and renewal registration of all nonresident prescription drug outletsunder section 12-280-133;
For the initial and renewal registration of humane societies and animal control agencies pursuant to section 12-280-119 (12);
For the initial certification or provisional certification as a pharmacy technician, asprovided in section 12-280-115.5;
For the renewal of a certification as a pharmacy technician issued pursuant to section
12-280-115.5 (2), as provided in section 12-280-116 (1);
For reinstatement as a pharmacy technician, as provided in section 12-280-116 (2);(u) For the issuance of a duplicate certificate to a pharmacy technician.
(2) Any pharmacist licensed in Colorado for fifty years or more as a pharmacist is exempt from the payment of fees under this article 280 and is allowed to practice as a licensed pharmacist.
