(1) For purposes of this section, "compact" means the psychology interjurisdictional compact authorized in part 39 of article 60 of title 24. With regard to the compact, the board has the following powers and duties:

  1. To facilitate Colorado's participation in the compact;

  2. To promulgate rules necessary for the implementation, administration, and enforcement of the compact. The board shall promulgate rules in accordance with article 4 of title 24.

  3. To appoint a person to serve as a commissioner on the psychology interjurisdictionalcompact commission;

  4. To regulate telepsychology in accordance with the compact;

  5. To regulate psychologist temporary authorization to practice in accordance with thecompact;

  6. To notify the psychology interjurisdictional compact commission of any adverse action regarding a licensed psychologist;

  7. To provide uniform data to a coordinated license information system consistent withthe rules of the psychology interjurisdictional compact commission;

  8. To approve payment of assessments levied by the psychology interjurisdictional compact commission to cover the cost of the operations and activities of the commission and its staff.
