Editor's note: This section is similar to former § 12-220-136 as it existed prior to 2020. 12-220-208. Review of board action. (1) Section 12-20-408 governs judicial review of any final action of the board to:
Deny or refuse to issue or renew a license;
Suspend a license;
Revoke a license;
Censure a licensee;
Issue a letter of admonition to a licensee;
Place a licensee on probation;(g) Issue a reprimand to a licensee; or (h) Issue an order to cease and desist.
(2) The provisions of this section apply to a license issued to a dentist or dental hygienist.
