(1) Pursuant to section 12-20-105, the board shall charge and collect fees for the following:

(a) With respect to professional land surveyors: (I) Renewal of a license;

  1. Replacement of a paper certificate or renewal card, if requested by the licensee;

  2. Application for licensure pursuant to the occupational credential portability program;

  3. Application for the principles and practice of surveying examination or the legalaspects of surveying examination;

  4. Issuance of a paper certificate of licensure, if requested by the licensee;

  5. Late renewal of a license;

  6. Reexamination for the principles and practice of surveying examination or the legal aspects of surveying examination;

  7. Reinstatement of an expired license;

  8. Listing as a retired professional land surveyor;(b) With respect to land surveyor-interns:

  1. Application for the fundamentals of surveying examination;

  2. Reexamination for the fundamentals of surveying examination;

  3. Application for enrollment as a land surveyor-intern pursuant to the occupationalcredential portability program.
