As used in this article 120, unless the context otherwise requires:
"Board" means the state board of licensure for architects, professional engineers, andprofessional land surveyors, created in section 12-120-103.
"Surveyor quorum of the board" means not less than the three professional land surveyor members of the board and one of the nonengineering, non-land surveyor members of the board.
